Senior Consultant (Infor M3)

Main duties/responsibilities

• Manage ERP implementation, enhancement, upgrade, Integration or support projects. This includes analysis & understanding of business processes, Industry practices, ERP product or Enterprise solutions and implementation methodology. 

• Collaboration with customers in business requirements gathering, documenting, process improvements, solution designing, demonstration and training. 

• Identify, analyze & document integration requirements between information systems. 

• Promote process improvements and innovation to drive business process optimization  

• Perform and document impact analyses and estimates for change requests. 

• Mentor project teammates - This includes review of consulting, writing, speaking, presentation, and training skills. 

• Makes presentations or conduct training on new or changed systems. 

Experience 

• More than 8 years of ERP experience, at least 4 years with Infor M3   

Technical knowledge  

• Authoritative knowledge in at least two of the following ERP modules: 

• Product Data Management (PDM) 

• Customer Order Processing (COP) 

• Manufacturing (MFG) 

• Planning (PLN) 

• Purchasing (PUR) 

• Warehouse (WHM) 

• Finance (FIN) 

• Knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, and XML 

• Experience of ERP solution design in at least 2 ERP implementation projects and execute it through all phases of the implementation. 

• Pre-sales experience in Infor M3 and related satellite products 

Qualifications 

• Degree or an equivalent professional qualification 

• Certified by ERP vendors in any functional area or APICS certification
